us to propose "customized" contracts to owners who want to emphasize
either the incomes generated by charters, or the pleasure to sail as often
as possible.
Whether you're an existing charter yacht owner looking for
a new destination for your yacht, or a prospective owner interested in a quality
yacht, Corsica Voile offers two of the best management programmes in the industry.
Guaranteed Income Programme:
Available for yachts selected and sold by Corsica Voile.
- Corsica Voile guarantees the monthly income payment. These
incomes are established in advance when the yacht management agreement is
signed. Owners receive a fixed income depending on the size, the type and
the age of yacht.
- All the running costs of your yacht including dockage,
insurance, maintenance, annual haul-out , cleaning and turn around are paid
by Corsica Voile.
- Corsica Voile also pays all the global marketing expenses
(advertising, promotion, yacht shows, web site, mailing…)
- According to the charter season, owner may use his yacht
from 4 to 7 weeks per year (with a maximum of 2 weeks in the high and very
high season).
- Owner receives 15% referral commission for each charter
booking introduced.
Variable Income Programme:
Available for all yachts on the same line as charter activity.
- Owner receives 70% of the gross charter fees of his yacht.
- Dockage, yacht insurance, maintenance, annual haul-out, cleaning and turn
around fees are paid by the owner.
- Owner may use his yacht without limit.
- Owner receives 15% referral commission for each charter booking introduced.

to owners an optimal booking rate for their yacht.
- Based in Corsica, your yacht benefits from an attractive sailing area
where the charter demand is constant.
- For the purchase of your new yacht, Corsica Voile provides you a large
choice built among the most well-known boat builder such as Jeanneau,
Bénéteau, Bavaria, Harmony, Catana or Ocqueteau.
- At the end of the management programme, Corsica Voile will return the
yacht to you in as good condition as when it joined our fleet, fair wear
and tear excepted. This is contractually guaranteed.
